Our 9-week DBT skills group on Emotion Regulation begins in December. Wednesday classes at 6:30pm-8:30pm and Thursday classes at 5:30pm-7:30pm will be held in-person at our Orem location (760 N 530 E), and our Thursday classes from 10am-12pm will be held via Zoom. When you sign up, you will be asked which time works best for you.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS MONDAY, DECEMBER 2ND.

This class will be closed rather than open, and participants will need to register and pay for the 9-week module before class begins. If you are not an individual therapy client of Harmon Psychotherapy & Consulting (HP&C), you will need to meet with a therapist for a pre-treatment session (in-person or virtual) for assessment and orientation purposes. The pre-treatment session will last 50 minutes and will cost $140 (pre-treatment session not needed if you are or have been a client of HP&C previously or if you have already participated in our DBT classes). If you are coming on as a new individual therapy client, the pre-treatment will be folded into a standard intake appointment.

This 9-week class is part of a rotating 3-module course. The cost of this module is $450 + $50 for the workbook. (You are also welcome to purchase the book online HERE). The class will open up for new participants after each module. At that point you can sign up for the next module. It is recommended that DBT clients go through all three modules and sometimes even repeat them to get the full benefit.

Module 3

  • 2 weeks Mindfulness
  • 6 weeks Interpersonal Effectiveness
