Group therapy can be a highly effective and engaging way to learn skills, find support, feel connected, and learn that you are not alone! We offer a variety of skills groups and support groups.
Closed Groups
These groups have a set curriculum, and participants will have a chance to join once a new class starts.
DBT Skills Groups
Next Module: April 2024
For clients participating in DBT therapy. These groups follow a well researched structure that cycles through 3 skill modules. Held weekly, in-person or zoom, 2 hours.
Teen DBT Skills Group
Designed to help teens work with their emotions, break out of harmful patterns, and connect them to their values. Held weekly, in-person, 1.5 hours.

Lucky Dog: A Social Skills Group for Neurodiverse and Friends
This is an innovative group that harnesses the benefits of dogs to help neurodiverse individuals and others practice social skills in a supportive group setting. Held weekly, in-person, 1.5 hours. Location TBA
Parent Coaching Group
Designed to help parents and caregivers through difficult behavioral or relational patterns with their children. Skills taught are evidence-based and proven to change patterns and to improve relationships (skills draw from DBT and compassion-focused therapy). New people can join at the beginning of the month. Held weekly, via zoom, 1 hour.
DBT Grad Group
For graduates of DBT programs. This is a structured group that focuses on participating in deep listening, sharing, and validation. Held weekly, in-person, 1 hour.
