I specialize in working with chronic suicidal ideation, intense emotions/emotional reactions, complex trauma, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, and dissociation/emotional numbness. Together, we will come to understand your experience with deep compassion and validation. We will also help you develop concrete skills and heal from life’s experiences so that you can build the life you want to live!

Treatment with me looks like balancing deep acceptance and self-validation with evidence-based strategies for changing your life. I utilize comprehensive DBT, which means you will be supported not just in my office but throughout the week as well! I also utilize EMDR, which is helpful for healing from trauma and strengthening empowering beliefs.

The greatest privilege I feel I have had is sitting with others in their darkest spaces and helping them see the light out. Life is challenging! Having a safe space and someone to offer useful tools can help. I am happy to chat with anyone curious to see if I am a good fit for you!
